In order to assure our best possible work, these are the steps we take to make sure all parties are happy!
Contact Us
Once you've decided to begin your renovation project, contact us for free estimate. To provide you with the most accurate estimate and fully understand our clients vision, Wilson Renovations will schedule a preliminary meeting going over all aspects of the project.
receive bid
Once we've gathered the necessary information, a bid is then returned you usually within 10 business days. Wilson Renovations will gladly go over any question with you once bid is completed, then make any revisions or modifications as neccessary.
accept bid
Once you've accepted a bid, Wilson Renovations will collect a retainer fee. This retainer will reserve your spot in our schedule, and is deducted from final invoice. 10 business day prior to your scheduled start date a material deposit will be collected.
project begins
Building materials have been delivered and now its time for Wilson Renovations to bring your vision to life! The project will begin on the scheduled day, at which point up to half the total cost of the project will be collected. The project will be completed on the scheduled date, pending any unforeseen conditions or any changes to contracted work, the remaining balance will be collected.
